Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. This includes order verification, quality checks, careful packaging, and handover to our delivery partners.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed and dispatched.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. In some cases, delivery may be faster or slightly delayed due to weather, high demand, or courier constraints.
We coordinate closely with our courier partners to ensure minimal delays and timely updates.
Return
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.
Replacement
After inspecting the returned item /damaged items we shall deliver you the replacement within 7-10 business days
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
